Two Island Solutions LLC developed and operates the Online Participant Tracking System (OPTS). Two Island has worked very closely with the AMTC Evaluation team to support the unique needs of its funders and clients, with particular attention paid to programming that supports completion of funder-required reports. OPTS is currently used by 11 organizations to track 23 grants. The system captures and maintains data for 215 sites and 52 partners, with records for over 21,000 participants. OPTS has been customized for 59 grant programs in the areas of teen pregnancy prevention, healthy relationship/marriage and fatherhood grants, DOL workforce development projects and a DOJ grant. Two Island Solutions staff draw from significant experience in public sector programs as well as previous consulting engagements with fortune 500 clients to bring best practices from large enterprise clients to the public sector and nonprofit program management landscape.
