Michele Serwe joined AMTC in 2021, where she applies her expertise in leadership, talent, and organizational development to provide advisory support, consultation, and integrative solutions that optimize AMTC’s organizational effectiveness.
Deep expertise, keen intuition, and a drive for excellence distinguish Serwe as a consultant and coach. With more than 25 years of experience leading human resources strategy, talent, and executive development, she has held senior-level roles across multiple corporate settings and led teams through significant change and industry evolution.
Among her many contributions, Serwe has positively impacted and supported various aspects of talent management, including succession planning, merger/acquisition integration, organizational culture transformation, and strategic business development. Her business acumen and experience, combined with top-tier coaching and consulting skills, differentiate her as a leader in organizational development.
Placing the client at the center of everything she does, Serwe takes a human approach to her work. She is collaborative and integrative, which results in original solutions that align with the organization’s vision, values, and purpose.
Serwe holds a Master of Science in Counselor Education and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She completed post-graduate work in counseling and career development at UW–Milwaukee and Northern Illinois University. She has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in human resources and counseling at the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and Marian University.
