Evaluation Consultant, Data Integrity, and Medical Accuracy
Alexa Warnke-Serwe is an evaluation consultant with AMTC where she provides a full range of services to internal stakeholders and external clients managing federally funded government programs. Among the many aspects of program support she provides, Warnke-Serwe develops tools and processes to ensure the highest level of data integrity for clients and colleagues. As an experienced registered nurse, Warnke-Serwe also conducts medical accuracy reviews for AMTC clients on Teen Pregnancy Prevention and Sexual Risk Avoidance Education curricula to ensure medical accuracy and up-to-date statistics on birth control, sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy, and reproductive health.
Before joining AMTC, Warnke-Serwe served as a registered nurse (RN) and manager where she oversaw more than 70 registered nurses and patient care technicians. She provided leadership, education, and advisory support during times of organizational transformation, and her efforts ensured continuous quality improvement (CQI), regulatory compliance, and excellence in outcomes. Leading up to her managerial role, Warnke-Serwe provided direct nursing care with an emphasis on patient education as part of an interdisciplinary medical team.
Warnke-Serwe holds a Master of Science in Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She has completed training in performance measurement, trauma-informed care, substance abuse, mental health, mandatory reporting, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She holds her Compact RN License which allows her to practice in multiple states, as well as her Illinois State RN License.
