Evaluation Consultant
Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention and Family Strengthening Programs

Kiley Floren joined AMTC in 2023 as an evaluation consultant for adolescent pregnancy prevention (APP) and family strengthening programs. In this role, she provides evaluation expertise to AMTC clients who manage federally-funded programs.

Kiley is the CEO and Director of Evaluation Services for Practical Statistics where she develops and coordinates efforts to use research to improve health education programs, including primary research studies where she and her colleagues collect and report original data to demonstrate program effectiveness. She works with government and academic research entities on secondary data analyses, recruiting a unique team that best fits the needs of the project and includes Practical Statistics’ internal statistician and methodologist, content experts, student interns, and others as needed.

In addition to her evaluation and administrative leadership responsibilities, Floren has experience as an adjunct professor, having taught courses in human services, cultural and biological impacts of substance use disorders, quality matters, and program planning and evaluation for human services.

Floren has a Master of Public Health from the Colorado School of Public Health, University of Northern Colorado Campus, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with minors in English Literature and Cross-Cultural Missions from Bethel University. She holds licenses and certifications in Youth Mental Health First Aid, Strengthening Families 10-14 Facilitation, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), Certified Health Education Specialist, Question Persuade Refer (QPR), Mental Health First Aid, and Future Founders/Accelerated Growth Training Program.
