Mark Adashun has been a certified public accountant for 35 years and has provided individualized technical assistance for secular and faith-based nonprofit organizations for more than 25 of those years. He has worked with AMTC since 1997.

Mark specializes in handling ac¬counting and fiscal services including financial reports, payables, receivables, payroll, and employee benefits. His past experience includes being the Grants Fiscal Officer for Marquette University, the largest private university in Wisconsin. The total grant budget under Mark’s supervision at Marquette University was $9 million. He was also the personnel administrator for a 55-person department and the audit liaison for the annual external audit. He served on several budget and advisory committees while working for Marquette. His “operations procedures” manual, developed for Marquette, was used as the model for a similar “procedures manual” at St. Louis, Creighton, and DePaul Universities.

As a community volunteer, Mark served on the board of directors of the Latino Health Organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis on account¬ing, from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
