Brooklynn Lawrence-Krol’s AMTC responsibilities include confidential administrative support for the principal executive such as managing the schedule/calendar, making travel arrangements, screening and handling telephone communications, greeting and directing visitors, and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate. She serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues. Brooklynn organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events, develops professional PowerPoint presentations, and manages professional correspondence. Brooklynn manages the AMTC shared contact lists and creates and manages work trackers.
Brooklynn has a background in project management and special event planning. She has planned, promoted, and coordinated fundraising events such as the Ballet Ball and the Nutcracker Tea for the Milwaukee Ballet. In these roles, she was responsible for overseeing the special events committee, managing volunteers, maintaining board relations, and managing a budget, as well as tracking daily progress of projects, delegating tasks to team members, and maintaining correspondence with clients. Brooklynn has also managed large scale website design projects for clients such as Kohl’s and Harley Davidson. She has a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Portland State University.
