Mr. Adashun has been a certified public accountant for 31 years and has provided individualized technical assistance for secular and faith-based nonprofit organizations for 20 of those years. He has worked with AMTC since 1997. Mr. Adashun specializes in handling accounting and fiscal services including financial reports, payables, receivables, payroll and employee benefits. His past experience includes being the Grants Fiscal Officer for Marquette University, the largest private university in Wisconsin. The total grant budget under Mr. Adashun’s supervision at Marquette University was $9 million. He was also the personnel administrator for a 55-person department and the audit liaison for the annual external audit. He served on several budget and advisory committees while working for Marquette and writing and implementing an “operations procedures” manual. His manual was used as the model for a similar “procedures manual” at St. Louis, Creighton and DePaul universities. Mr. Adashun has served on the board of directors of the Latino Health Organization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis on accounting, from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
